Ideological and political work is the“priority”of the annual party building in the oilfield,and also the main task for the primary-level party building workers of the companies affiliated to the oilfield for a long time.Therefore,we must consolidate our political position,closely follow the mainstream of the era,define the responsibility of each,build the three-dimensional network and integrate all resources,so as to work together to do a better job in the ideolog-ical and political work of oilfield employees and create a harmonious and stable environment for development.
