摘要
在当前低油价的形势下,优化生产成本支出是油气生产单位可持续健康发展的重中之重。以江汉油田分公司江汉采油厂为例,分别从计量器具购置、检定及维修等方面进行成本分析,通过优化计量器具台账管理和现场管理,以及成本支出全流程管控,有效节约开支,保障生产高效运行,有力促进企业降本增效。
In the prevailing low oil price,optimizing production cost is the most important for the sustainable and healthy development of oil and gas production operators.Taking Jianghan Oil Production Plant of Jianghan Oilfield Company as an example,cost analysis is conducted on the purchase,calibration and maintenance of metering devices.By optimizing the record and site management of metering devices,as well as the whole process control of cost and expenditure for saving,effective production operation can be ensured to vigorously promote the cost efficiency.
