基层社会治理智能化能力模型构建和评价体系路径研究

Research on the Path of Constructing and Evaluating the Intelligent Ability Model of Grassroots Social Governance

以提升基层社会治理中的智能化能力为研究目的,论述基层社会治理智能化能力的相关概念、主要特点和支撑技术,研究当前我国基层社会治理存在的智能化能力不足、评价体系不完善等主要问题,探索基于大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等信息技术构建基层社会治理智能化能力模型和评价体系的实现路径,提出加强基层社会治理队伍建设、提升基层社会治理能力等基层社会治理智能化能力建设的建议,以助力我国新时代基层社会治理改革和基层社会治理现代化。

Aiming at improving the intelligent ability of the grassroots social governance,this paper discusses the related concepts,main characteristics and supporting technologies of the intelligent ability of the grass-roots social governance,studies the main problems of the current grassroots social governance in China,such as inadequate intelligent ability and the imperfect evaluation system.After exploring the realization path of the constructing and evaluating the intelligent ability model of the grassroots society governance based on the information technologies such as big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening grassroots governance team building,improving the governance capability to help the reform and the modernization of grassroots social governance.
