疫情防控常态化下特勤消防站灭火救援行动探析

Discussion on Firefighting and Rescue Operations of Fire Stations under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control

国内新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化下,以乌鲁木齐市消防救援支队特勤消防站为例,将灭火救援行动与医疗卫生防疫处置相结合,试点组建疫情防控常态化灭火救援专业队伍。重点阐述日常战备阶段消防站灭火类与救援类人员车辆随车装备编成,现场处置阶段对涉疫地区与非涉疫地区灭火救援行动任务分类,规范救援人员洗消、执勤车辆洗消、携行装备洗消等环节的流程处置,归队恢复阶段在营门外设置车辆消毒区、人员消毒区和装备消毒区,对人员、车辆、装备进行二次洗消。

In view of the normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in China,this paper takes the special service fire station of Urumqi fire and rescue division as an example to pilot the establishment of a professional firefighting and rescue team for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.It focuses on the combination of firefighting staff,rescue staff and on-board equipment for the fire extinguishing combat during the daily combat readiness stage,the task division of infected and non-infected areas and standardization of the disposal operation procedures for the decontamination of personnel,vehicles and on-board equipment during the on-site disposal stage,and the secondary decontamination in respective area for the personnel,vehicles and on-board equipment set up outside the camp during the returning and recovering stage.
