洛阳定鼎北路北魏王昙慈墓发掘简报

Excavation of A Northern Wei Wangtanci*Tomb,North Dingding Road,Luoyang

2018年8至12月,洛阳市文物考古研究院在配合定鼎北路西、魏紫路南的定鼎府项目建设时,发掘了一座北魏时期的墓葬。该墓为长斜坡墓道砖室墓,由墓道、前甬道、后甬道、封门、墓室等部分组成。墓主名王昙慈,是北魏京兆王元愉的育母。该墓的发现为我们研究北魏时期墓葬形制及埋葬习俗提供了重要的实物资料。

From August to December in 2018,west of North Dingding Road and south of Weizi Road,an archaeological excavation conducted by archaeologists from Luoyang Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology preceded the construction of Dingding Mansion,revealing a brick-chambered Northern Wei tomb,consisting of a long and sloping tomb passage,front and rear paved paths,the tomb gate and the tomb chamber.WANG Tanci,the tomb occupant,has been identified as a female who reared YUAN Yu,Lord Ching-chao in Northern Wei.With the discovery of this tomb,new archaeological evidence has been collected for the research into tomb structures and burial rites of Northern Wei.
