制造企业社会创新模式研究——以海尔集团为例 被引量:1

摘要 《中国制造2025》以及我国迈入高质量发展阶段对传统制造业提出了更高的要求。通过对海尔集团研究发现,利用社会创新可以重塑员工价值定位、创客孵化机制以及公益实践的表现方式,能够将高校、投资者、供应商等多方资源进行有效地整合利用,打造产业链互联网。结果表明,传统制造企业进行社会创新转型,在转变员工的价值定位之后,首先要注重产业互联网平台的搭建,鼓励员工通过自驱动创造价值,使企业始终保持自我颠覆。通过识别社会需要,解决社会问题来完成企业的社会创新。 Made in China 2025, when China has entered a stage of high-quality development, puts forward higher requirements for traditional manufacturing. Through research on Haier, it is found that the use of social innovation can reshape the value positioning of employees, the maker incubation mechanism and the performance of public welfare practices, and can effectively integrate and utilize the resources of colleges, investors, suppliers and other parties to create an industrial chain Internet. The result shows that traditional manufacturing companies undergo social innovation and transformation. After changing the value proposition of employees, they must first focus on the establishment of an industrial Internet platform and encourage employees to create value through self-driven, so that the company always maintains self-disruption. By identifying social needs and solving social problems, the company’s social innovation can be completed.
