摘要 在勉励思政课教师勇担铸魂育人使命的过程中,习近平总书记提出“让有信仰的人讲信仰”论断,为锻造一支政治素质过硬的思政课教师队伍提供了根本遵循。“让有信仰的人讲信仰”是基于以“有信仰”建设政治立场坚定的高素质教师队伍、以“讲信仰”培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人而作出的价值选择。这一论断的提出有着列宁“灌输”理论要素、承袭党内思想传统、汲取优秀文化传统等三重逻辑为其提供学理支撑,并借助于“教育者先受教育”、锤炼教师职业素养、宣传先进典型事迹、构建协同保障机制四条路径加以落细,继而提高思政课育人实效性。 In the process of encouraging the ideological and political teachers to bear the responsibility of casting spiritual education, general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the theory of “leting people of becief teaching belief” to provide a fundamental basis for forging a team of Ideological and political teachers with excellent political quality. “Leting people of belief teaching belief” is a value choice based on “people of belief” to build a high-quality teacher team with firm political position, and “teaching belief” to cultivate new people of the times who take the responsibility of national rejuvenation. The proposition of this thesis has three logic of Lenin’s “indoctrination” theory elements, inheriting the party’s ideological tradition, and absorbing excellent cultural tradition to provide theoretical support, and with the help of “educators receive education first”, temper teachers’ professional quality, publicize advanced typical deeds, and build a collaborative guarantee mechanism to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
