在营有轨电车“永临结合”防护棚快速建立方法研究

摘要 本文结合广州琶洲港澳客运口岸项目的特点和施工情况,针对施工过程中如何保护现有有轨电车轨道及提高工作效率进行分析,通过在基坑内C轴灌注桩内插入格构柱,利用支座连接钢结构立柱施作钢结构二层楼板,并兼做“永临结合”防护棚,对本工程在营有轨电车防护棚进行设计和优化,提高整体施工效率。研究结果表明:“永临结合”防护棚既可以提前穿插钢结构施工,又为各专业提前穿插施工提供了工作面,整体施工计划可提前44天,施工费用可节约775.56万元,在实际工程应用中取得了良好的效果,可为类似情况下需横跨既有有线轨道的工程“永临结合”防护棚的施工部署提供借鉴。 Combined with the characteristics and construction situation of Guangzhou Pazhou Hong Kong Macao passenger port project,this paper analyzed how to protect the existing tram track and improve the work efficiency in the construction process.The lattice column was inserted into the c-axis cast-in-place pile in the foundation pit,and also the second floor of the steel structure was constructed.The overall construction efficiency was improved by the design and optimization of the tram protective shed.The results showed that " the combination of permanent and temporary " protective shed can not only be interspersed with steel structure construction in advance,but also provide a working face for interspersed construction of various disciplines in advance.The overall construction plan can be advanced by 44 days,and the construction cost can be saved by 7.76 million yuan,which has achieved good results in practical engineering application.It can provide reference for the construction deployment of "permanent temporary combination" protective shed of projects that need to cross the existing wired track under similar circumstances.
