摘要
本文介绍了一种基于Revit及其可视化编程插件Dynamo建立高精度幕墙BIM模型的方法,首先将幕墙横梁、立柱及其他配套铝合金型材构件作为幕墙嵌板的一个嵌套族,然后通过参照平面和关联公式正确约束各嵌套构件的位置和尺寸关系,其次采用空心拉伸来添加型材的加工特征,使幕墙嵌板内各构件的规格均为实际的加工开料规格,各型材端部能体现主要的加工细节并按实际的装配关系进行装配;最后基于Revit的可视化编程插件Dynamo实现批量自动添加模型构件的参数信息。本建模方法在某幕墙工程项目中成功应用,交付的模型精度达到LOD400级,为后续加工生产、订料采购、施工管理环节的BIM技术应用提供了有效的模型基础。
This paper introduced a new method toestablish the building information model(BIM) of curtain wallwith high level details based on Revit and its visual programing plug-in(Dynamo).By taking the curtain wall beam,column,and other supporting aluminum alloy profile components as a nested family of curtain wall panels,the position and size relationship of each nested component are correctly constrained by reference plane and correlation formula,and the processing characteristics of profiles are added by hollow stretching.By doing above,the specifications of each component in the curtain wall panel are the actual processing specifications,and the end of each profile reflects the main features at the same time.With the help of the visual programming plug-in dynamo of Revit,the parameter information of model components can be automatically added in batches.This modeling method is successfully applied to a curtain wall project,and the accuracy of the delivered model reaches lod400 which provides an effective model basis for the application of BIM Technology in subsequent production process,material ordering and procurement,and construction management.
