基于多学科团队运动疗法促进缺血性周围血管病患者康复的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of multidisciplinary team exercise therapy on promoting rehabilitation of patients with ischemic peripheral vascular disease

目的探讨多学科团队协助运动疗法促进缺血性周围血管病(PAD)患者的康复效果。方法通过前瞻性随机对照试验将2020年9月至2021年9月我院收治的160例PAD患者分为两组各80例,对照组接受常规科室治疗护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受MDI制定的个体化运动疗法。干预前后对患者进行简化Fugl-Meyer功能量表、Holden步行功能分级及简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)等评估,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果干预后,两组FMA评分及生活质量各项评分均较前明显提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组步行功能分级改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以多学科团队模式来对缺血性周围血管病患者进行运动疗法的指导与管理,可有效改善患者的运动功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of exercise therapy assisted by multidisciplinary team(MDT)on promoting rehabilitation of patients with ischemic peripheral vascular disease(PAD).Methods In this prospective randomized controlled trial,160 patients with PAD admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were equally divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received conventional department treatment care,while the study group underwent individualized exercise therapy developed by MDT based on the control group.Before and after intervention,patients were assessed with simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),Holden walking ability classification and 36-item short-form(SF-36)and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FMA and SF-36 assessment scores in both groups were significantly higher than before,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the walking function classification was improved more significantly in the study group when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team model can effectively improve the motor function and quality of life of patients with ischemic PAD.
