AIDET沟通模式对原发性三叉神经痛患者围手术期疼痛的影响

The effect of AIDET communication mode on perioperative pain in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨AIDET沟通模式对原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)患者围手术期疼痛的影响。方法2018年2月至2021年1月在我院接受经皮微球囊压迫术的120例PTN患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用AIDET沟通模式引导下的护理路径,比较两组患者不同时段疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及患者住院满意度评分。结果观察组术后第1、3天和出院后第7天的VAS评分、SAS与SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后第7天住院满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论AIDET沟通模式可在PTN患者围手术期间不同时段协同控制疼痛,降低患者焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪,提升患者满意度,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Acknowledge Introduce Duration Explanation Thank(AIDET)communication mode on perioperative pain in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Methods From February 2018 to January 2021,120 patients with PTN who underwent percutaneous microballoon compression(PMC)treatment were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and an intervention group by using random number table method,60 in each group.The control group received routine nursing care while the intervention group received AIDET nursing care.Pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and patient satisfaction score in different periods were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score,SAS score,and SDS score were lower of the intervention group than those of the control group after 1 day and 3 days of intervention as well as after 7 days of discharge(P<0.05).The hospitalization satisfaction score of the intervention group on the 7th day after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The AIDET communication mode can synergistically control pain of PTN patients at different times during the perioperative period.It reduces the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,and improves patient satisfaction.It can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
