真空系统的设计

摘要 随着我国国民经济的快速发展和低温技术应用的普及,液氢、液氦等低温液化气体的应用日益广泛,低温冷箱(液化器)的需求量不断增长。抽真空工艺是其关键的工艺之一,同时液氢易燃易爆,必须进行防爆设计。以液氢冷箱为例,进行真空系统的工艺设计和防爆设计及选型。 Along with the rapid development of China’s national economy and the popularization for the application for the cryogenic technology,cryogenic liquid such as liquid hydrogen and liquid helium are widely used and the demand for cryogenic cold box(liquefier)is increasing daily.Pumping is one of the key processes.Considering the hydrogen is flammable and explosive,the explosion-proof design must be carried out.Taking the liquid hydrogen cold box as an example,the process design,explosion-proof design and the type selection of the vacuum system are carried out in this paper.
