摘要
低温绝热压力容器是清洁能源领域的重要设备,针对该类容器内外层结构间的异种钢焊接接头检测问题,采用交流电磁场检测技术展开研究。简单介绍了低温绝热压力容器异种钢焊接接头材料特性和结构特点,构建了交流电磁场检测模型,参照某LNG储罐加工异种钢焊接接头模拟试块并采用交流电磁场检测技术对其进行检测。结果表明,交流电磁场技术对异种钢焊接接头表面的近表面缺陷检测具有较好的适用性。
Low temperature adiabatic pressure vessel is an important equipment in the field of clean energy.Aiming at the detection problem of dissimilar steel welded joints between the inner and outer structures of this kind of vessel,the AC electromagnetic field detection technology is used to carry out the research.This paper briefly introduces the material characteristics and structural characteristics of dissimilar steel welded joint of low-temperature adiabatic pressure vessel,constructs the AC electromagnetic field detection model,processes the dissimilar steel welded joint simulation test block with reference to a LNG storage tank,and uses the AC electromagnetic field detection technology to detect it.The results show that the AC electromagnetic field technology has a high detection rate for surface near surface defects of dissimilar steel welded joints.
