奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗对消化道出血临床效果、出血量、止血时间的影响

Influence on Clinical Effect,Bleeding Volume and Hemostasis Time of Omeprazole Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗对消化道出血临床效果、出血量、止血时间的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月萍乡市第二人民医院收治的86例消化道出血患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组应用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用生长抑素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、凝血功能与炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组症状改善与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后APTT、PT、CRP均低于对照组,FIB水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对消化道出血患者进行奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗,效果理想,可改善患者临床症状与凝血功能,降低炎症因子水平,可广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the influence on clinical effect,bleeding volume and hemostasis time of Omeprazole combined with Somatostatin in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:A total of 86 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding who admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Pingxiang City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Somatostatin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom improvement time,coagulation function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms time and the length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,APTT,PT and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of FIB was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with Somatostatin in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding has an ideal effect,it can improve the clinical symptoms and coagulation function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which can be widely used.
