玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的效果研究 被引量:3

Study on Efficacy of Intravitreal Injection of Conbercept Combined with Retinal Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Diabetic Macular Edema

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年10月新余市人民医院眼科收治的90例DME患者,按照随机数字表法分为激光组、玻注组及联合组,每组30例。激光组给予视网膜光凝治疗,玻注组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普,联合组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝治疗。比较三组临床效果、复发率、并发症发生情况及治疗前后黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)、最佳视力矫正(BCVA)。结果:联合组总有效率明显高于激光组和玻注组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6个月,联合组CMT均明显低于激光组和玻注组,BCVA均明显高于激光组和玻注组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者均未发生严重并发症。结论:玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝治疗DME效果显著,能有效改善患者CMT、BCVA,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME).Method:A total of 90 DME patients admitted to Department of Ophthalmology,Xinyu People’s Hospital from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into laser group,vitreous injection group and combined group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Laser group was given retinal photocoagulation,vitreous injection group was given intravitreal injection of Conbercept,and combined group was given vitreous injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation.The clinical effects,recurrence rate,complications,central retinal thickness (CMT) of macula and best vision correction (BCVA) before and after treatment were compared among three groups.Result:The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than those of laser group and vitreous injection group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,CMT in combined group were significantly lower than those in laser group and vitreous injection group,and BCVA were significantly higher than those in laser group and vitreous injection group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).No serious complications occurred in three groups.Conclusion:Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal photocoagulation has a significant effect in the treatment of DME,which can effectively improve patients’ CMT and BCVA,and it is worthy of clinical application.
