血清BDNF、MT、Hcy及Cys C在帕金森认知障碍患者中的表达及与睡眠的关系探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究血清BDNF、MT、Hcy及Cys C在帕金森认知障碍患者中的表达及与睡眠的关系。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年12月广东三九脑科医院的90例帕金森认知障碍患者为观察组,另选取同时期的90名健康同龄者为对照组。检测并比较两组的血清BDNF、MT、Hcy、Cys C水平及多导睡眠监测参数;采用失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)评估观察组失眠严重程度,比较观察组中不同失眠严重程度者的上述指标检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析及Pearson相关性分析上述检测指标与失眠严重程度和多导睡眠参数的关系。结果:观察组血清BDNF低于对照组,血清MT、Hcy及Cys C均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总觉醒时间长于对照组,睡眠效率低于对照组,REM期觉醒指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中不同失眠严重程度者的血清BDNF、MT、Hcy、Cys C水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清BDNF与失眠严重程度、总觉醒时间、REM期觉醒指数均呈负相关,而与睡眠效率呈正相关(P<0.05);MT、Hcy及Cys C与失眠严重程度、总觉醒时间、REM期觉醒指数均呈正相关,而与睡眠效率均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清BDNF、MT、Hcy及Cys C在帕金森认知障碍患者中的表达显著异常,且其与睡眠的关系密切,因此在帕金森认知障碍患者中的检测价值较高。 Objective:To investigate the expression of serum BDNF,MT,Hcy and Cys C in patients with Parkinson disease and its relationship with sleep.Method:A total of 90 patients with Parkinson cognitive impairment in Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and another 90 healthy subjects of the same age were selected as the control group.Serum BDNF,MT,Hcy,Cys C levels and polysomnography monitoring parameters were detected and compared between the two groups.The insomnia severity index (ISI) was used to evaluate the severity of insomnia in the observation group,and the results of the above indicators of different insomnia severity in the observation group were compared.Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the above indicators and the severity of insomnia and polysomnography parameters.Result:Serum BDNF in observation group was lower than that in control group,while serum MT,Hcy and Cys C in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The total awakening time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the sleep efficiency was lower than that of the control group,and the awakening index in REM period was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum BDNF,MT,Hcy and Cys C levels among patients with different insomnia severity grades in the observation group (P<0.05).Serum BDNF was negatively correlated with the severity of insomnia,total awakening time and REM arousal index,but positively correlated with sleep efficiency (P<0.05).MT,Hcy and Cys C were positively correlated with the severity of insomnia,total awakening time and REM awakening index,but negatively correlated with sleep efficiency (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of serum BDNF,MT,Hcy and Cys C in patients with Parkinson cognitive impairment is significantly abnormal,which is closely related to sleep,so it has high detection value in patients with Parkinson’s cognitive disorder.
