皮下心形缝合在剖宫产术后切口处理中的效果

Effect of Subcutaneous Heart-shaped Suture in Incision Treatment after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨皮下心形缝合在剖宫产术后切口处理中的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年3月上饶市人民医院收治的剖宫产产妇86例,应用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各43例,对照组给予常规缝合术,研究组给予皮下心形缝合术。比较两组腹部美容效果、切口愈后瘢痕遗留及疼痛情况。统计两组生活质量。比较两组并发症发生率及切口愈合质量。结果:与对照组比较,研究组腹部美容效果明显较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组切口瘢痕增生率、VAS评分明显较低(P<0.05),且瘢痕宽度、瘢痕最薄厚度均相对较小(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组并发症发生率相对较低(P<0.05),且切口愈合质量明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:将皮下心形缝合术应用于剖宫产产妇中,具有非常确切的临床效果,可有效改善剖宫产伤口,缓解产妇的疼痛程度,并能使术后瘢痕明显减少,降低并发症发生的可能性,促进产妇切口愈合质量改善,有利于提高产妇的生活水平,可推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of subcutaneous heart-shaped suture in incision treatment after cesarean section.Method:From March 2019 to March 2021,86 cases of puerpera treated with cesarean section in Shangrao People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional suture,and the study group received subcutaneous heart-shaped suture.The abdominal beauty effect,scar after incision healing and pain condition were compared between the two groups.The quality of life of the two groups was counted.The incidence of complications and the quality of incision healing were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the abdominal beauty effect of the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scar hyperplasia rate of the incision and VAS score in the study group were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the scar width and the thinest scar thickness were relatively smaller (P<0.05).After treatment,quality of life score of study group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was relatively lower (P<0.05),and the quality of incision healing was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of subcutaneous heart-shaped suture in cesarean section parturients has a very definite clinical effect,can effectively improve the cesarean delivery wounds,relieve maternal level of pain,and can reduce postoperative scar obviously,reduce the possibility of complications,promote maternal incision healing quality improvement,to improve the living standards of the maternal,can promote the use.
