降栓酶联合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者神经功能与脑缺血再灌注的影响

Effects of Antithrombotic Enzyme Combined with Ozagrel Sodium on Neurological Function and Cerebral Ischemia-reperfusion in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:探讨降栓酶联合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者神经功能与脑缺血再灌注的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年1月抚顺市中医院收治的126例脑血栓患者,将其随机分为研究组(n=63)与对照组(n=63)。对照组应用降栓酶治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组患者生活能力、精神功能、斑块面积、颈动脉内膜中层厚度及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗前,两组生活能力与精神功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),精神功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组斑块面积与颈动脉内膜中层厚度均更小(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组NSE水平更低,NTF、NGF水平均更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平较对照组均更低(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血栓患者进行降栓酶联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,效果理想,可降低炎症因子水平,且生活能力与精神功能评分明显改善,有利于患者临床症状改善,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Antithrombotic Enzyme combined with Ozagrel Sodium on neurological function and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Method:A total of 126 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Fushun Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into study group (n=63) and control group (n=63).The control group was treated with Antithrombotic Enzyme,and the study group was treated with Ozagrel Sodium on the basis of the control group.Life ability,mental function,plaque area,carotid intima-media thickness and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of life ability and mental function between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the life ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the mental function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the plaque area and carotid intima-media thickness of the study group were smaller (P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,in the study group,the level of NSE was lower,and the levels of NTF and NGF were higher (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Antithrombotic Enzyme combined with Ozagrel Sodium in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis is ideal,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and the scores of life ability and mental function are significantly improved,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients,and has very high application value.
