米非司酮联合补肾化瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果

Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Bushen Huayu Decoction on Endometriosis

目的:分析米非司酮联合补肾化瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对血清雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、癌抗原125(CA125)水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月海城市中心医院收治的100例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将患者均分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组口服米非司酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾化瘀汤治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心理状态、疼痛情况、血清E_(2)、CA125、血清子宫内膜抗体(endometrial antibody,EMAb)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平。结果:研究组总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心理状态、疼痛程度评分、血清E_(2)、FSH、CA125、EMAb、VEGF水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SAS、SDS、VAS评分、血清E_(2)、FSH、CA125、EMAb、VEGF均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合补肾化瘀汤在子宫内膜异位症治疗中的效果较好,可有效改善患者由于疼痛带来的负性心理状态,缓解其疼痛情况,调节血清E_(2)、CA125等指标水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Mifepristone combined with Bushen Huayu Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis and its influence on serum estradiol (E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and cancer antigen (CA125) levels.Method:From January 2019 to December 2020,100 patients with endometriosis admitted to Haicheng Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,100 patients were equally divided into the study group (n=50) and the control group (n=50).The control group was treated with Mifepristone orally,and the study group was combined with Bushen Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group,two groups were given three courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,psychological state,pain,serum E_(2),CA125,endometrial antibody (EMAb) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,the psychological state,pain level score,serum E_(2),FSH,CA125,EMAb,VEGF levels of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS,serum E_(2),FSH,CA125,EMAb and VEGF in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with Bushen Huayu Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis,it can effectively improve the negative psychological state of patients due to pain,relieve their pain,and adjust serum E_(2),CA125 and other indicators,with high clinical application value.
