上海市奉贤区奉浦街道老年人体检结果与骨密度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between physical examination results and bone mineral density in the elderly people in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District, Shanghai

目的 :分析社区老年人的骨密度的现状及影响因素。方法 :选取参加2019年1月1日至2020年6月30日体检的上海奉贤区奉浦街道60岁以上老年人为研究对象。采集腰椎、股骨、跟骨T值以及空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸、血红蛋白、体质量指数、腰围、臀围等相关信息,分析这些指标与T值的相关性。结果 :直线相关性分析发现,BMI、腰围、血糖、尿酸、血红蛋白等与骨密度T值的相关性有统计学意义(P <0.05)。偏瘦、年龄等为疾病进展的危险因素;性别差异对骨质疏松的影响有统计学意义(P <0.05)。适度肥胖和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇为疾病进展的保护因素。结论 :影响上海奉贤区奉浦街道社区老年人骨密度的因素为体质量指数、腰围、臀围、年龄、性别、尿酸。

Objective: To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of bone mineral density of the elderly people in the community. Methods: The elderly people over 60 years old who participated in the physical examination from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 were selected as the research objects in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District, Shanghai.T-values of lumbar spine, femur and calcaneus, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, uric acid, hemoglobin, body mass index(BMI),waist circumference, hip circumference and other relevant information were collected, and the correlation between these indexes and T value were analyzed. Results: Linear correlation analysis showed that BMI, waist circumference, blood glucose, uric acid and hemoglobin had significant correlation with bone mineral density T value(P<0.05). Lean, age and others were risk factors for disease progression;the effect of gender difference on osteoporosis was statistically significant. Moderate obesity and high density lipoprotein were protective factors for disease progression. Conclusion: The influencing factors of bone mineral density in the elderly people in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District, Shanghai are BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, age,gender and uric acid.
