摘要 为评估作战试验中装备体系的使命任务需求满足度,提高装备体系短板弱项的分析能力,提出一种基于质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)的评估方法。在简要介绍QFD原理的基础上,根据使命任务需求满足度评估特点,梳理明确QFD质量屋中各组成结构与评估所需内容的对应关系;按照“使命任务-待检验作战能力-检验指标”的映射关系,提出确定映射域指标集、确定需求重要度、确定关系矩阵、计算使命任务满足度等评估步骤,并给出需求满足度计算公式;以某合成部队装备体系检验评估任务为例,说明使命任务需求满足度的具体求解过程,评估结果与实际情况相符,并根据评估结果分析装备体系中存在的不足,为后续装备体系改进升级提供检验结论支撑。 In order to evaluate the mission requirements satisfication of equipment system in operational test and improve the analysis ability of equipment system weakness,an equipment system evaluation method based on quality function deployment(QFD)is proposed.Based on the brief introduction of QFD principle,the corresponding relationship between the structure of the QFD quality house and content needed for evaluation is clarified,which is in line with the evaluation characteristics of mission requirements satisfaction.According to the mapping relationship of"mission-combat capability to be tested-test index",the evaluation steps of determining the index set of mapping domain,determining the importance of requirements,determining the relationship matrix and calculating mission task satisfaction are proposed.Then the calculation formula of requirement satisfaction is given.Taking the test and evaluation task of a synthetic army equipment system as an example,the specific solution process of mission requirements satisfaction is illustrated.The evaluation results are in line with the actual situation.And the deficiencies in the equipment system are analyzed according to the evaluation results,which provides the support of inspection conclusions for the subsequent improvement and upgrading of the equipment system.
