医学生创新能力水平调查与干预的实践探索——以上海交通大学医学院为例

Practical Exploration of Investigation and Intervention of Medical Student’s Innovation Ability——Through Taking Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine as an Example

以上海交通大学医学院为例,对医学生创新能力水平进行调查。运用问卷调查和个人访谈两种研究方法,从创新思维、风险控制、建立关系、贯彻实施四个维度分析调查了不同专业、不同年级医学生创新能力水平的现状,讨论了开展大学生创新训练计划对医学生创新能力培养的干预效果,从过程管理、组织管理、创新教育和创新人才的角度进行全员、全过程、全方位的医学生创新能力培养,以期调动学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,全面提高学生的创新实践能力,使其成为合格的医学人才。

Through taking Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine as an example,the study investigates the innovation ability of medical students,and investigates the present situation of innovation ability of medical students of different majors and grades from four dimensions:innovative thinking,risk control,relationship building and implementation through questionnaire survey and interview.Then the study discusses intervention effect of innovation ability training of medical students through the development of college student innovation training plan.It is suggested to train the innovation ability of medical students from whole staff,process and all-round angles based on the perspective of process management,organization management,innovation education and innovation of talents,in order to mobilize student’s initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,comprehensively improve student’s innovation practical ability,and make them become qualified medical talents.
