增权理论视域下贫困大学生就业质量提升策略

Strategies for Improving the Employment Quality of Poor College Students from the Perspective of Empowerment Theory

为提升贫困大学生的就业质量,探讨了增权理论视域下贫困大学生就业质量提升策略。论述了增权理论概念,从个人生活层次、人际关系层次、个人的生活和发展层次三方面入手,分析了基于增权理论视角的贫困大学生就业困境,并提出了增权理论视域下贫困大学生就业质量提升对策。使用增权理论的分层结构对贫困生进行解释分析,是高校进行贫困生思政工作的重要理论依据和方法,高校应高度关注贫困大学生的思想政治教育工作,搭建一个能够提升贫困大学生综合素质的平台,同时构建提升大学生基础能力的活动平台,进而提高贫困大学生的综合能力,畅通就业渠道,提升就业质量。

In order to improve the employment quality of poor college students,the study explores the strategies for improving the employment quality of poor college students form the perspective of empowerment theory,discusses the concept of empowerment theory,and analyzes dilemma of the employment of poor college students from the perspective of empowerment theory from individual,personal relationship and individual living and development.The strategies are proposed.The application of hierarchical structure of empowerment theory in the explanation of poor college students is the important theoretical basis and method for the ideological and political work of poor college students in the college.Colleges should pay great attention to the ideological and political education of poor college students,establish the platform to improve the comprehensive quality of poor college students,construct the platform to construct the basic ability of college students,to improve the comprehensive ability of poor college students,widen employment channel,and improve employment quality.
