Construction of Industry and Teaching Integrated Mechanism in the Higher Vocational College Under the Perspective of Synergy Theory

对协同理论视角下高职教育产教融合机制的建构进行探讨。分析了高职教育产教融合的现实困境:政策针对性不足,企业参与动力不足,准备不充分,融合深度不足,未形成协同机制。从理论意义和实践意义方面讨论了协同理论视角下高职教育产教融合机制研究的必要性,提出了协同理论视角下高职教育产教融合机制的建构思路:充分了解高职教育产教融合现状;对高职教育产教融合的协同特征展开分析;从内部与外部两个层面探究高职教育协同机制的构建;对高职教育产教融合发展所存在的问题展开分析并提出合理性改善建议,以期深入落实产教融合模式,将教育与经济发展进行有效结合,构建良好的融合发展机制,为高职院校发展规划指明方向。

The study explores the construction of industry and teaching integration mechanism in the higher vocational college under the perspective of synergy theory,and analyzes the dilemma of industry and teaching integration of the higher vocational college,i.e.insufficient political pertinence,enterprise participation and motivation,preparation,deep integration and synergy mechanism.Then the study discusses the necessity of industry and teaching mechanism research in the higher vocational college under the perspective of synergy theory from theoretical and practice significance.The construction thinking path is proposed,i.e.to fully know the present situation of industry and teaching integration in the higher vocational college,analyze the development of synergy characteristics,explore the construction through internal and external layers,analyze the integration development,and propose rational improvement suggestions,in order to deeply implement industry and teaching integration mode,effectively combine education with economic development,construct good integration development mechanism,and clarify the orientation of development planning in the higher vocational college.
