摘要
以分析三明治教学模式在基础护理学理论教学中的实施价值为目的。选择2018年3月2019年4月进行学习的100例学生为研究对象,按照抽签法分为常规组和实验组,样本例数各50例,常规组行传统带教模式,实验组采用三明治教学模式。结果显示:实验组的评判性思维能力评分、核心能力评分、考核成绩、自主学习能力评分和对教学的满意度水平均高于常规组,组间数据存在差异(P<0.05)。三明治教学模式在基础护理学理论教学中的实施价值显著,能够提高学生的评判性思维能力、核心能力,有助于教学质量的提高,值得推广于今后的临床教学中。
The study analyzes the implementation value of sandwich teaching model in basic nursing theory teaching.100 students selected from Mar.2018 to Apr.2019 are regarded as the research objects,and they are divided into routine group and experiment group according to lottery,with 50 students in each group.Routine group adopt traditional teaching mode,and experiment group adopt sandwich teaching model.The results show that the judging thinking and core ability score,examination results,autonomous learning ability score and their satisfaction degree of teaching of experiment group are higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There is significant difference of sandwich teaching model in basic nursing theory teaching.It can improve student’s judging thinking and core ability,and help to improve teaching quality.It is worth promotion in clinical teaching in the future.
