人工智能技术应用人才培养研究——以吉林职业技术学院为例

Study on the Talent Training of Artificial Intelligent Technology Application——Through Taking Jilin Vocational and Technical College as an Example

以吉林职业技术学院为例,对人工智能技术应用人才培养进行探讨。介绍了人工智能技术应用专业的人才培养目标,从公共基础课程、专业基础课程、专业课程、专业拓展课程4个维度分析了人工智能技术应用专业人才培养方案的课程体系构建,提出了人才培养改革实践策略:将1+X证书嵌入人才培养方案,以校企合作为依托实施定向培养,进行课程体系改革,旨在让培养出的人才理想信念坚定,具有良好职业道德和人文素养,充分掌握人工智能基础专业理论知识和应用技术。

Through taking Jilin Vocational and Technical College as an example,the study explores the talent training of artificial intelligent technology application,introduces the talent training targets of artificial intelligent technology application major,and analyzes the course system construction of talent training scheme of artificial intelligent technology application from the following dimensions:public basic,professional basic,professional and professional expansion course.Strategies for talent training reform practice are proposed,i.e.to introduce 1+X certificate into talent training scheme,implement directed education through relying on school-enterprise cooperation,and reform course system,in order to train talents who are qualified with solid ideals and faith,good moral and humanistic literacy,and who can fully grasp basic professional theory and application technology.
