Thinking of Teaching Staff Construction in the New Era

为了提升基础教育教师队伍质量,对新时代教师队伍建设路径展开探讨。基于强化教师队伍建设的战略意义,阐述了教师队伍建设的核心内容,即培养具备扎实学识、仁爱之心、理想信念、道德情操的四有教师,树立其相对稳定的职业道德观念、职业道德品质、职业行为规范,将职业道德教育、心理健康教育、法制教育等理念,融入到基础教师的日常培养、工作培训中。提出了新时代教师队伍建设路径,应完善教师教育体系建设,提高基础教育教师的社会地位,强化基础教育教师的师德建设,从而提高教师的职业道德水平,培养出高素质的新时代教师队伍。

In order to improve teaching staff quality of basic education,the study explores the pathway of teaching staff construction in the new era.Based on the strategic significance of strengthening teaching staff construction,the study expounds the core contents of teaching staff construction,i.e.to train teachers who are qualified with solid knowledge,kindheartedness,firm ideal and faith,and moral sentiments;make teachers establish steady professional ethics concept,quality and behavior standard,integrate professional ethics education,psychological health education and legal education into the basic teacher’s daily cultivation and work training.The construction pathway of teaching staff construction in the new era is proposed,i.e.to perfect teaching and education system construction,improve the social status of basic education teachers,strengthen the teacher’s ethics of basic education teachers,to improve the professional ethics of the teachers,and train more high qualified teaching staff in the new era.
