摘要
对资助育人开辟临床医学专业学位研究生思想政治教育新途径进行讨论。要优化资助评定体系,统一评价标准,使资助成为开展思想政治教育的有力抓手;构建资助管理体系,加强队伍建设,使资助的思想政治教育功能落地落实;搭建资助育人平台,宣扬典型事迹,发挥资助育人的思想政治教育示范引领,以期丰富资助育人内涵,不断培养高素质医疗卫生人才。
The study discusses the new path of ideological and political education for professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine major through subsidized educational potential.It is suggested to optimize subsidized evaluation system,unify evaluation standard,make subsidization become the effective means of the development of ideological and political education;construct subsidized management system,strengthen team construction,and make the function of subsidization ideological and political education practicable;establish subsidization education platform,publicize typical achievements,and play the demonstration and leading role of subsidization education in ideological and political education,in order to enrich the connotation of subsidization,and continuously train high-quality medical talents.
