摘要
基于“1+X(BIM)”证书制度的重要价值,分析了BIM技术人才培养现状,提出了基于“1+X(BIM)”证书制度的技术技能人才培养策略,应将BIM等级证书考试纳入到专业人才培养计划中,强化教师团队建设,融入产教融合,建设实训室,促进校企合作,丰富教学资源,确保书证融通,创新教学模式,实现课证融通,进而提升教学质量,提升学生的专业水平和创新创业能力,为社会培养更多符合建筑行业发展的高素质人才。
Based on the important value of“1+X(BIM)”certificate system,the study analyzes the present situation of BIM technical talent training,proposes the training strategies based on“1+X(BIM)”certificate system.It is suggested to bring BIM grade certificate examination into professional talent training program,strengthen teaching team construction,integrate industry with teaching,construct training room,promote school and enterprise cooperation,enrich teaching resource,guarantee the integration of book and certificate,innovate teaching model,and achieve the integration of class and certificate,to improve teaching quality,improve student’s professional level and innovation&entrepreneurship ability,and train more high-quality talents who can meet the demands of construction industry development.
