摘要
为提高妇产科护理学临床教学效果,选取110名学生为试验对象,设为常规组和观察组,分别采用传统教学方式与问题导向法开展妇产科护理学临床教学。在临床教学结束后,对观察组与常规组学生进行理论与技能考核,同时对观察组学生开展问卷调查。理论知识考核中,观察组病例分析题得分、总分均高于常规组(P<0.05),技能考核中,观察组各项考核成绩也优于常规组(P<0.05),并且有83.6%的学生认为问题导向法能够提高其对知识的理解和应用能力。问题导向法不仅能够提高学生的临床思维水平,也能够强化学生的临床综合护理水平。
In order to improve the clinical teaching effect of nursing of gynecology and obstetrics,the study selects 110 students as the experiment objects,and they are divided into routine group and observation group.Routine group receive traditional teaching method,and observation group receive problem-orientated method.After clinical teaching,the theory and skill examination is done on the students of observation group and routine group.Questionnaire survey is done on observation group.In theoretical knowledge examination,the analytic scores and total scores of observation group are significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05),and examination results of observation group are better than routine group(P<0.05).83.6%students believe that problem-oriented method can improve the knowledge understanding and application ability.Problem-oriented method can not only improve the student’s clinical thinking level,but also promote the student’s clinical comprehensive nursing level.
