摘要 文中以高速电梯轿厢为研究对象,基于纳维-斯托克斯理论和Fluent流体动力学软件,研究电梯在匀速运行过程中轿厢内部气压的变化规律。首先利用Solidworks软件建立电梯井道及轿厢的简化三维模型;然后根据电梯井道的参数设置,确定电梯运行时的外部环境,并用Fluent对该三维模型进行流体仿真,计算分析了高速电梯在匀速运行时轿厢内气体流动特性和气压变化规律,即下行时逐渐减小,上行时逐渐增大,且轿厢上部变化更明显。为高速电梯轿厢内的气压检测和研究分析提供了一种新方法。经过实际测试验证,高速电梯运行时轿厢内气压变化与文章所预测的结果相符合,验证了该方法的有效性。 Based on Navier-Stokes theory and Fluent fluid dynamics software, this paper takes the high-speed elevator car as the research object, and studies the law of air pressure change in the car during the process of running at a constant speed. Firstly, the simplified 3D model of elevator shaft and car was established with Solidworks. Then, according to the parameter settings of the elevator shaft, the external environment of the elevator during operation was determined, and the fluid simulation of the three-dimensional model was carried out with Fluent, and the gas flow characteristics and air pressure variation law in the car at constant speed were analyzed. Results show that the air pressure gradually decreases when descending, and increases when ascending, and the change of the upper part of the car is more obvious. This paper provides a new method for air pressure detection and research analysis in high-speed elevator car. The actual test shows that when the high-speed elevator is running, the air pressure change in the car is consistent with the prediction in the article, which proves that the method is effective.
