自动化集装箱码头卸船箱动态选位问题研究

摘要 文中通过对自动化集装箱码头卸船业务的调研与实践,在分析总结现有码头卸船堆存计划经验的基础上,提出了基于“合同网”打分规则的动态选位算法。综合考虑卸船箱智能选位的诸多因素,以等待进场的卸船箱与目标箱区的匹配问题为研究对象,建立了以堆场作业均衡、堆存合理性等原则为约束条件的数学模型,提出了基于规则的模型求解方法,进而设计与构建了基于规则的自动化集装箱码头卸船箱智能选位决策支持系统。经过大量算例分析和系统测试,系统能够求解不同类型卸船箱进场选位的最优箱区及其分数,进一步证明了该规则的实用性和模型的有效性。模型及系统的应用有助于提高卸船作业效率,优化堆场堆存计划,减少船舶在港时间,降低堆场设备的装卸成本等,具有实际工程应用价值。相关思路及研究方法对自动化集装箱码头智能优化问题研究具有一定的学术价值和借鉴意义。 In this paper, based on the investigation and practice of automatic container terminal unloading, and the analysis and summary of existing experience on terminal unloading and stacking plans, a dynamic location selection algorithm based on the scoring rule of “contract net” is proposed. In this method, many factors of intelligent location selection of unloading boxes will be taken into consideration in a comprehensive way. Taking the matching of unloading boxes waiting for approach and target box areas as the research object, we established a mathematical model with the principles of yard operation balance and stacking rationality as constraints. A rule-based model solving method is proposed, and then a rule-based intelligent decision support system for unloading container of automatic container terminal is designed and developed. A large number of examples and system tests show that the system can solve the optimal box area and its score of different types of unloading boxes, which further proves the practicability of the rule and the effectiveness of the model. The application of the model and system is helpful to improve the ship unloading efficiency, optimize the storage plan of the yard, shorten the time of ships in port, reduce the loading and unloading cost of yard equipment, etc. It has practical engineering application value. The related ideas and research methods in this paper have certain academic value and can serve as a reference for intelligent optimization research of automated container terminals.
