论新技术环境下我国档案信息化标准建设

On the construction of archives information standard in China under the new technology environment

本文在梳理现有的档案信息化标准后,发现档案信息化标准建设存在基础共性标准不够完善、资源建设标准亟待更新、信息服务标准供给不足、信息安全标准防护有限四个问题,提出需完善基础共性标准、更新资源建设标准、健全信息服务标准、构建信息安全标准体系四点建议,以期为档案信息化标准建设提供有益借鉴。

After sorting out the existing Archives informatization standards,this paper finds that there are four problems in the construction of Archives informatization standards:the basic common standards are not perfect,the resource construction standards need to be updated,the supply of information service standards is insufficient,and the protection of information security standards is limited,and puts forward four suggestions to improve the basic common standards,update the resource construction standards,improve the information service standards,and build a system of information security standards.The four recommendations are intended to provide useful reference for the construction of Archives informatization standards.
