纸质档案的空间差异导致真菌群落不同演化——以福州、漳州和龙岩为例

以福建省3个不同存放点(福州、漳州和龙岩)的纸质档案为研究对象,分析纸质档案的真菌群落。发现不论存放时间是否有差异,同一存放点的纸质档案破损程度较为相似,且真菌群落组成和多样性也较为相似。福州、龙岩和漳州3个存放点纸质档案破损程度差异较大,与存放时间没有直接关系,但真菌群落组成具有较大的空间差异。采用高通量测序的方法解析出曲霉菌和木霉菌是福建省纸质档案破损的主要真菌。本研究表明纸质档案破损的内在原因是空间差异导致真菌群落的不同演化。

The fungal communities in paper Archives from three different storage places(Fuzhou,Zhangzhou and Longyan)in Fujian Province were analyzed.The damage degree of paper Archives and the composition and diversity of fungal community in paper Archives from the same storage place was similar,regardless of the storage duration.The damage degree of paper Archives in Fuzhou,Longyan and Zhangzhou was different,which was not directly related to the storage duration,while the fungal community compositions were greatly and spatially different between each other.Further sequencing analysis showed that Aspergillus and Trichoderma were the main harmful fungi to the preservation of paper Archives in Fujian Province.This study shows that the underlying mechanism for the damage of paper Archives could be ascribed to the spatial differentiation of storage places,which lead to the differential fungal community compositions.
