摘要
2021年7月河南省部分地区遭受严重的暴雨灾害,给档案安全造成重大隐患。调查首先对全网涉及“河南档案馆受灾”的舆情统计,分析舆情焦点,梳理河南档案馆在灾前预防及灾害应急措施;其次总结档案馆行业提供的档案受灾抢救知识及社会各界提供的各种形式支援服务;最后对档案受损、水泡和水浸等问题提出补救措施。
In July 2021,some areas of Henan province suffered serious rainstorm disasters,which caused major hidden dangers to the safety of archives.Firstly,the survey makes statistics on the public opinion of the whole network involving the"disaster of Henan archives",analyzes the focus of public opinion,and combs the pre disaster prevention and disaster emergency measures of Henan archives;Secondly,it summarizes the archives disaster rescue knowledge provided by the archives industry and various forms of support services provided by all sectors of society;Finally,remedial measures are put forward for the problems of file damage,blister and water immersion.
