血药浓度监测下拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、奥卡西平的用药科普教育实践与分析

Practice and Analysis of Medication Popularization Education of Lamotrigine,Levetiracetam and Oxcarbazepine in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

目的探讨血药浓度监测下三种新型抗癫痫药物(拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西坦、奥卡西平)的多学科精准用药科普实践,以期摸索个体化用药科普教育模式,提高患者个体化用药疗效。方法根据纳排标准筛选患者,将入组患者分为科普干预组和对照组,在血药浓度监测下通过开展多学科立体交融的癫痫精准用药科普实践,评估两组患者的用药依从性、临床疗效、用药安全性及癫痫知识知晓率。结果科普干预组的用药依从性、临床疗效、癫痫知识知晓率显著优于随访后的对照组(P<0.05);熬夜生活习惯明显少于随访后的对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于血药浓度监测的多学科癫痫精准用药科普教育是行之有效的癫痫教育模式,在癫痫个体化治疗及提升患者自我/家庭癫痫管理中具有良好的临床实用价值。

OBJECTIVE Discuss the multidisciplinary precision medicine popularization practice of three new anti-epileptic drugs(lamotrigine,levetiracetam,oxcarbazepine)under therapeutic drug monitoring,in order to explore the individualized medicine popularization education model and improve the efficacy of individualized medication for patients.METHODS Patients were screened according to the admission criteria,the enrolled patients were divided into popular science intervention group and control group.Under therapeutic drug monitoring,through the implementation of multidisciplinary three-dimensional integration of epilepsy precision medication popular science practice,the medication compliance and clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,drug safety and awareness rate of epilepsy knowledge.RESULTS The medication compliance,clinical efficacy,and awareness rate of epilepsy knowledge of the popular science intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group after follow-up(P<0.05);the living habits of staying up late were significantly less than those of the control group after follow-up(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Multidisciplinary epilepsy precision medication science education based on therapeutic drug monitoring is an effective epilepsy education model,which has good clinical practical value in the individualized treatment of epilepsy and the improvement of patients′self/family epilepsy management.
