深圳市公立医疗机构2019年度糖尿病治疗用药分析

Drug Analysis of Diabetes Treatment in Shenzhen City in 2019

目的分析并评价深圳市公立医疗机构2019年糖尿病治疗用药频度与金额等情况。方法收集深圳市共67家公立医院2019年治疗糖尿病药物使用数据,采用销售金额、限定日费用、用药频度(DDDs)及其排序比、药物配备率等指标进行评价。结果甘精胰岛素注射液、二甲双胍片、格列齐特缓释片用药频度高、价格低廉,属于临床使用倾向最大的药品;阿卡波糖使用倾向同样较高,但价格相比较高;利拉鲁肽注射液价格最高,临床使用倾向低。结论深圳市临床使用糖尿病药物相对合理,大部分属于诊疗指南推荐、价格适宜的基本药物;但是非社区健康服务中心举办医院中的糖尿病诊疗药物配备率均高于社区健康服务中心举办医院,说明糖尿病分级诊疗管理和基层医疗机构糖尿病治疗药物供应保障需进一步加强。

OBJECTIVE Analyze and evaluate the frequency and amount of drugs used for diabetes treatment in Shenzhen public medical institutions in 2019.METHODS Collect data on the use of diabetes drugs in a total of 67 public hospitals in Shenzhen in 2019,and use indicators such as consumption sum,limited daily cost,drug use frequency DDDs and their ranking ratio,and drug provision rate for evaluation.RESULTS Insulin glargine injection,metformin tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets were frequently used and low in price,and the drugs with the most clinical use tendency.Acarbose had a higher tendency to use,but the price was relatively high.Liraglutide injection had the highest price and low clinical use tendency.CONCLUSION The clinical use of diabetes drugs in Shenzhen is relatively reasonable,and most of them are basic drugs recommended by the diagnosis and treatment guidelines at reasonable prices.However,the rate of diabetes diagnose and treatment drugs in hospitals hosted by non-community health service centers is higher than that in hospitals hosted by community health service centers,indicating that the management of graded diabetes diagnosis and treatment and the supply of diabetes treatment drugs in primary medical institutions need to be further strengthened.
