摘要
习得性无助是目前高职学生中普遍存在的一种心理现象,也是高职教育工作者在教育实践中面临的亟待解决的现实问题,这直接关系到学生个体的成长发展,关系到技术技能人才培养质量。习得性无助成因复杂,涉及教育教学方式、学习成长过程、人际交往关系、成长评价标准等多方面。推进积极的学习策略、实施激励的成长评价、倡导乐观的成长体系、构筑和谐的人际关系等都是有效的矫治策略。
Learned helplessness is a common psychological phenomenon among higher vocational students,and it is also a practical problem that educators must solve in their educational practice,which is directly related to the development of students and the quality of technical personnel training.The reasons for learned helplessness are complex,involving teaching methods,learning and growth process,interpersonal relationships,growth evaluation criteria and other aspects.Promoting positive learning strategies,implementing incentive growth evaluation,advocating optimistic growth and building harmonious interpersonal relationship are all effective correction strategies.
