河南省高校翻译人才培养模式研究

Study on the Training Mode of Translation and Interpretation Talents in Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

在"中部崛起"国家战略框架下,中原城市群发展和郑州航空港经济综合试验区建设为河南省经济社会的高质量发展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,河南省与世界的交流与合作日益频繁,对高层次翻译人才的需求不断增加,对翻译人才的素养要求不断提高。翻译人才培养模式直接影响译者的综合素养和从业能力,结合河南省经济发展需求和本省高校翻译人才培养现状,分析高校在人才培养目标、教育过程、评估制度、教学方法等方面存在的问题,并对高校翻译人才培养模式改革提出具体的建议。

Under the national strategic framework of "the rise of central China", the development of central plains urban agglomeration and the construction of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Experimental Zone has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the high-quality economic and social development of Henan province. With the increasing exchanges and cooperation between Henan province and the world, the demand for high-level translation and interpretation talents is constantly increasing and the quality requirements for translation and interpretation talents are constantly improving. Since talents training pattern directly affects the comprehensive qualities and professional abilities of translators and interpreters, this paper analyses the needs of economic and social development in Henan province and the present situation of training translation and interpretation talents in colleges and universities, and then explores the problems in setting talents training goals, education processes, evaluation systems, and teaching methods so as to put forward specific suggestions on reforming translation and interpretation talents training mode in colleges and universities.
