摘要
运用高效液相色谱四极杆飞行时间串联质谱法对李子蜂花粉中的黄酮苷和酚酰胺类化合物进行定性分析。通过质谱数据解析和文献对照,李子蜂花粉中共鉴定出2个黄酮苷和4个酚酰胺类化合物,分别为异鼠李素-3-O-龙胆二糖苷、山奈酚-3-O-槐糖苷、顺,顺,顺-三-对-香豆酰亚精胺、顺,顺,反-三-对-香豆酰亚精胺、反,顺,反-三-对-香豆酰亚精胺和反,反,反-三-对-香豆酰亚精胺。本研究对李子蜂花粉的功能活性研究提供理论参考。
High performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry was used to qualitative analysis of flavonoid glycosides and phenolamides in plum bee pollen.Two flavonoid glycosides and four phenolamides were identifi ed by mass spectrometry data analysis and literature comparison,which were as follows:Isorhamnetin-3-o-gentioside,kahenol-3-O-sophoraglycoside,N1(Z),N5(Z),N10(Z)-tri-p-coumaroyl spermidine,N1(Z),N5(Z),N10(E)-tri-p-coumaroyl spermidine,N1(E),N5(Z),N10(E)-tri-p-coumaroyl spermidine,N1(E),N5(E),N10(E)-trip-coumaroyl spermidine.This study provided theoretical reference for the study of functional activity of ionic bee pollen.This study provided strong support for qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonoid glycosides in bee pollen.
