引入中华蜜蜂和地熊蜂授粉对油茶座果率的提升效果 被引量:4

摘要 本实验利用中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)和地熊蜂(Bombus terrestris)为重庆市酉阳县油茶种植林实施授粉。分别设置了空白对照组、中华蜜蜂强制授粉组、地熊蜂强制授粉组、中华蜜蜂+地熊蜂强制授粉组及中华蜜蜂+地熊蜂自由式授粉组。实验结果显示:空白对照组平均座果率仅2.9%,与各处理组间差异极显著。处理组的平均座果率为18.5%~28.7%,相互间无显著性差异。引入蜜蜂授粉能够显著提升油茶座果率。 In this study,Apis cerana cerana and Bombus terrestris were used to pollinate Camellia oleifera in Youyang county,Chongqing.Five different pollination treatments on Camellia oleifera were set up:the control,the compulsive pollination by A.cerana cerana,the compulsive pollination by B.terrestris,the compulsive pollination by A.Cerana and B.terrestris and the open pollination by A.Cerana and B.terrestris.Results showed that the average fruiting rate of the control group was only 2.9%,which was signifi cantly different from that of each treatment group.The average fruiting rate of the treatment groups was 18.5%~28.7%,and there was no signifi cant difference among treatments.Introduction of bee pollination can signifi cantly improve the fruiting rate of Camellia oleifera.
