基于人机工程学左手专用尖嘴钳的设计

摘要 人机工程学是研究人、环境和机械设备三者之间相互作用的学科。目前,左手专用工具的种类及数量较少。该文立足于左利手人群在使用手持工具时的局限,在市场调研的基础上,设计时充分考虑了钳子外形、手柄长度及形状、手柄握持空间和钳口张角、钳头样式、钳头刃口、铰接方式、夹持面、钳子弹性结构等因素,基于人机工程学理论及3D技术设计了一款左手专用尖嘴钳。 Ergonomics is a discipline that studies the interaction amongn humans,environment,and mechanical equipment.At present,the types and number of left-handed special tools are relatively small.Based on market research on the limitations of left-handed people when using handheld tools,the design has fully considered the shape of the pliers,the length and shape of the handle,the grip space of the handle and the opening angle of the jaw,as well as the style of the pliers head.Based on ergonomics and 3 D technology,a cutting edge plier for left hand was designed wwith consideration of factors such as cutting edge of the head,the articulation mode,the clamping surface and the elastic structure of the pliers.
