摘要
在输水工程中,输水管道跨河交叉建筑物设计是管道设计的重点,自承式圆弧形拱管跨河建筑物设计较顶管、直埋下穿等方式外形美观且与周围环境协调,施工方便、运行期易于管理维护和检修。但设计过程中,圆弧拱管的荷载、受力和稳定计算是依据结构力学相关知识进行大量的计算,计算较为繁琐、耗时长且容易出错。以某输水工程中管道与河道交叉为例,采用理正结构进行圆弧拱管受力计算分析,极大简化了计算过程,降低了人为计算带来的误差,提高了工作效率,进而保证了圆弧拱管结构的安全。分析结果可为本工程输水线路及同类型工程管道跨河设计提供技术参考和方法借鉴。
In water transmission engineering,the design of cross-river buildings for water transmission pipelines is the key point of pipeline design.Compared with the design of pipe jocking,directly buried and undercut,the design of self-supporting circular arc pipe cross-river buildings has beautiful appearance and is in harmony with the surrounding environment.It is convenient for construction and easy to manage,maintain and overhaul during operation.But the design process of arc arch pipe load,stress and stability of calculation is based on a lot of knowledge related to structural mechanics calculation,calculation is more tedious,time-consuming and error-prone,in this paper,taking the water conveyance project of a pipeline and cross river as an example,the reason is structure of arc arch pipe stress calculation and analysis,greatly simplifies the calculation process,reduce the artificial calculation error,The work efficiency is improved and the safety of arc arch pipe structure is guaranteed.The stress analysis of the self-supporting circular arch pipe provides technical reference and method reference for the design of the water transmission line of this project and the pipeline of the same type of project across the river.
