摘要 文中针对黄陵矿业有限公司一号煤矿622工作面进风顺槽具体的工程地质概况,分析了工作面进风顺槽400~930 m处围岩破碎段掘进支护不利条件。提出了合理的支护方案和具体的支护参数。结果表明,622工作面进风顺槽400~930 m处围岩破碎段因原锚杆、锚索支护参数布置不合理,破碎段顶板存在富水区,受临近工作面采动影响导致了巷道围岩变形严重,巷道围岩变形量在20 d后围岩变形量开始趋于稳定,工作面破碎段围岩顶底板移近量稳定在213 mm,较原顶底板移近量减少78.3%。两帮移近量稳定在215 mm,较原两帮移近量减少75.8%。支护效果良好,能够有效控制围岩变形量。 Based on the specific engineering geological situation of 622 working face in No.1 Coal Mine of Huangling Mining Co.,Ltd.,the current situation of surrounding rock fracture section at 400~930 m of working face’s intake roadway is analyzed, and the reasonable support scheme and specific support parameters are put forward.The analysis shows that due to the unreasonable of the original bolt and anchor cable support parameters in the broken section of the surrounding rock at 400~930 m of the intake roadway of 622 working face, there is a water rich area in the roof of the broken section, and the influence of mining near the working face, which leads to the serious deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Through the surrounding rock control of the broken section of the roadway, the surrounding rock deformation of the broken section of the working face begins to stabilize after 20 days of excavation;the roof to floor convergenc is stable at 213 mm, which is 78.3% less than that of the original roof to floor convergenc;the approach of two sides was stable at 215 mm, which was 75.8% less than that of the original approach of two sides;the support effect is good and can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
