远程遥控智能综掘面高效泡沫除尘技术 被引量:4

摘要 为适应远程遥控智能综掘工作面快速高效除尘的需要,提高综掘机截割煤体期间综掘面迎头的能见度,在综合分析对比传统除尘方法的基础上,提出了适用于远程遥控智能综掘工作面快速高效除尘的泡沫除尘技术。在传统泡沫除尘技术工艺的基础上进行了升级改造,增加了风水连锁单元及远程控制单元,提高了技术的自动化及智能化水平。实践结果表明,泡沫除尘技术大大提高了掘进期间迎头的能见度,全尘降尘率均超过了85%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率均超过80%,能够满足相关国家标准,且操控性强,自动化水平较高。 In order to meet the need of fast and efficient dust removal of remote control intelligent fully mechanized tunneling face, and improve the visibility of fully mechanized tunneling face during the cutting of coal seam, the traditional method of dust removal is comprehensively analyzed and compared, and a foam dust removal technology suitable for remote control intelligent fully mechanized tunneling face is proposed.By upgrading the traditional foam dust removal technology, increasing the wind-water linkage unit and the remote control unit, the automation and intelligence level of the dust removal technology has been improved.The practice show that the foam dust removal technology greatly improves visibility during tunneling, and the total dust reduction rate exceeds 85%,and respirable dust reduction rate exceeds 80%,which can meet the relevant national standards, and has strong maneuverability and high automation level.
