摘要
针对韩城矿区三软煤层的特殊地质条件,研发了适应三软煤层的留巷支护的专用组合式液压支架、活动大底座、机械臂及相关设备,提出了“组合支架+机械臂+单轨吊”机械化沿空留巷配套工艺方案。通过地面联合模拟试验、下峪口煤矿23210工作面的井下工业性试验,大大减轻了沿空留巷作业人员的劳动强度,有效地控制了巷道围岩的变形和底鼓。沿空留巷组合支架及配套工艺装备不仅提高了留巷工作效率,而且有效控制了围岩变形,能够实现三软条件下沿空留巷“一次成巷,不再修复”的目标,对沿空留巷技术在复杂条件下推广具有一定的指导意义,为实现沿空留巷智能化施工打下了坚实的基础。
According to the special geological conditions of the three soft coal seams in Hancheng mining area, the special combined hydraulic support, movable large base, mechanical arm and related equipment suitable for three soft coal seams are developed, and the mechanized matching process scheme for the gob-side entry retaining of “combined support+mechanical arm+monorail crane” is put forward.The ground joint simulation test and the underground industrial test in 23210 working face of Xiayukou Coal Mine show that the labor intensity of the personnel working is greatly reduced, and the deformation and floor heave of the roadway surrounding rock are effectively controlled.The combined support and matching process equipment of gob-side entry retaining not only improve the work efficiency, but also effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock, and can achieve the goal of “one-time roadway formation, no repair” under the three soft conditions, which has certain guiding significance for the popularization of gob-side entry retaining technology under complex conditions, and lays a solid foundation for the intelligent construction of gob-side entry retaining.
