摘要 研究大断面全煤巷道快速掘进围岩稳定性及控制技术对煤矿的安全稳定生产具有重要的意义。以曹家滩煤矿122109工作面的4条巷道为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值计算及现场应用等手段,得出了大断面全煤巷道的顶板失稳范围及塑性区分布范围。研究表明,随着大断面全煤巷道的快速掘进,在不同应力区域的塑性区分布范围有不同的特点,需要根据实际情况做出不同的支护措施。通过采取有针对性的支护方式后,现场的大断面全煤巷道围岩得到很好的控制,巷道稳定性大幅提高,为工作面的安全生产提供了有力的保障。 The research on the stability and the control technology of surrounding rock in rapid excavation of large section full coal roadway is of great significance to the safe and stable production of coal mine.Taking four roadways in 122109 working face of Caojiatan Coal Mine as the research background, by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field application, the roof instability range and plastic zone distribution range of large section full coal roadway are obtained.The research shows that with the rapid excavation of large section full coal roadway, the distribution range of plastic zone in different stress areas has different characteristics, and different support measures need to be made according to the actual situation.By adopting targeted support methods, the surrounding rock of the large section full coal roadway is well controlled, and the roadway stability is greatly improved, which provides a strong guarantee for the safe production of the working face.
