摘要
随着综合机械化采煤的应用,浅埋开采暴露出诸多问题,煤炭自燃、采空区漏风、隅角缺氧成为通风及防灭火的难点。针对神南某矿24307综采工作面回风隅角缺氧的问题,通过对24307工作面回风隅角缺氧的原因分析,结合矿井实际情况,因地制宜应用地面裂隙回填、密闭漏风处理、均压通风等技术和方法,同时对实施均压通风技术前后效果进行对比分析,可以得出均压通风技术在治理综采工作面回风隅角缺氧方面取得了良好的效果,治理效果显著,确保了矿井安全生产,为该矿在治理隅角缺氧技术的发展和现场应用积累了经验。该矿成功案例对同类煤矿治理综采工作面隅角缺氧问题具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
With the application of comprehensive mechanized coal mining, many problems have been exposed in shallow mining.Coal spontaneous combustion, air leakage in goaf and lack of oxygen in corner have become the difficulties of ventilation and fire prevention.In view of the problem of hypoxia in the return air corner of 24307 fully mechanized mining face in a mine of Shennan mining area, combined with the actual situation of the mine, the causes of the hypoxia in the return air corner are analyzed, and the technologies and methods such as ground fissure backfilling, air leakage treatment and pressure equalizing ventilation are applied according to local conditions.Through the comparative analysis of the effects before and after the adoption of pressure equalizing ventilation technology, it can be concluded that the pressure equalizing ventilation technology has achieved good effect in the treatment of hypoxia in the return air corner of fully mechanized mining face, and the treatment effect is remarkable, which ensures the safe production of the mine, and accumulates experience for the development and field application of the technology in the treatment of hypoxia in the corner of the mine.The successful case of this mine has important guiding and reference significance for similar coal mines to control the hypoxia problem in the corner of fully mechanized mining face.
