摘要
注浆法和冻结法是常用的特殊凿井施工方法,但对于西部某些以孔隙为主的地层,注浆法不可控,冻结法井筒井壁施工质量不易保证,且投资大。本方法利用渗井原理将目标含水层的水排至井下要疏泄的含水层,再通过井下巷道的疏水泄压钻或千米定向钻对井筒周围该含水层进行疏水降压。这样就形成了疏水漏斗,同时形成了环形的截水井,从而井筒可以采用普通钻爆法进行干井作业。待井筒通过目标含水层一定距离后,采用渗井里面的注浆管对渗井及围岩进行注浆封堵、形成井壁帷幕。采用此方法可降低立井井筒施工期间的井筒涌水量,然后采用普通法进行施工。井壁施工有质量可控、投资少等优点。由于帷幕的形成,直接封闭了外部水源,相当于增大了立井井壁的厚度。
Grouting method and freezing method are common special shaft sinking construction methods, but for some porous strata in the west, the grouting method is uncontrollable, the construction quality of shaft wall of freezing method is not easy to guarantee, and the investment is large.Based on the principle of seepage well, the water of the target aquifer is drained to the aquifer to be drained, and then the aquifer around the shaft is drained and depressurized through the drainage drill or kilometer directional drill in underground roadway.In this way, the drainage funnel and the annular intercepting well are formed, so that the shaft can be constructed by ordinary drilling and blasting method.After the shaft passes through the target aquifer for a certain distance, the grouting pipe in the seepage well is used to grout and block the seepage well and surrounding rock to form the wall curtain.This method can reduce the shaft water inflow during the shaft construction, so the common method can be used for construction.The shaft wall construction has the advantages of controllable quality and less investment.Due to the formation of curtain, the external water source is directly closed, which is equivalent to increasing the thickness of shaft wall.
