低负荷血流限制运动对感觉反应的影响

摘要 为比较不同阻断压和负荷组合下的血流限制(BFR)运动的感觉反应,进一步探讨应用不同相对负荷运动的受限因素.12名实验参与者使用20%和30%的1RM和40%、60%和80%的动脉闭塞压完成四组BFR肘关节屈曲.在运动前和每组运动后评估主观疲劳感(RPE)和不适感.结果表明:相同条件下,RPE不同组均未见显著差异(P≥0.05),不同条件时RPE随负荷和血流阻断压力的增大而升高(P<0.001);不适感在20%1RM联合三种阻断压的不适感不同组未见差异(P≥0.05),30%1RM的不适感不同阻断压第三、四组不适感显著增加(P<0.05),不同条件时,不适感随负荷和血流阻断压力的增大而增加;不同条件,运动总重复次数未见显著差异(P≥0.05).因此,血流阻断训练期间的不适感而非RPE是应用更高相对压力的限制因素. This study sought to compare perceptual responses to blood flow restriction(BFR)exercise using various pressure and low load combinations,and further to explore the possible limiting factors of the application across a variety of relative pressures.Twelve participants completed four sets of BFR elbow flexion using 20%and 30%1RM with 40%,60%and 80%arterial occlusion pressure(AOP).Perceived exertion(RPE)and discomfort were assessed before exercise and after each set.The results showed that there were no significant differences in RPE across conditions at pre.Significant differences were revealed across condition within each set of exercise(P<0.001)with RPE being higher with greater loads and pressures.The discomfort of 20%1RM combined with three kinds of blocking pressure had no difference in different sets(P≥0.05).Discomfort of 30%1RM increased significantly in the third and fourth sets(P<0.05).Discomfort increased with the increase of load and blood flow blocking pressure across a variety of relative pressures.There was no significant difference in the total number of repetitions across a variety of relative pressures(P≥0.05).Therefore,discomfort during blood flow blocking training rather than RPE is the limiting factor for the application of higher relative pressure.
